Some things to consider during your visit:

1) The Clifton Hills area can get quite busy during peak times (ie. weekends and long weekends - especially during the summer). Our family visited during a weekday before summer officially started so it was not as busy. We suggest visiting during the week and early during the day to avoid the crowds as much as possible, and to find affordable parking.

2) When we rode the Niagara SkyWheel, the falls were clearly visible. Keep in mind, however, that visibility may vary depending on weather conditions.

3) Always dress according to the weather conditions since a lot of the attractions are outdoors. Though Niagara Speedway is not open during the winter season, it does open during spring when it may still be a bit chilly. If you’re visiting during the colder seasons, consider bringing gloves to keep your hands warm when gripping the go-kart’s steering wheel.

4) There are height requirements (minimum and maximum heights) for Niagara Speedway's go-karts. It is best to first check out the height requirements prior to purchasing your tickets.

Disclosure: Clifton Hills gave us Clifton Hill Fun passes, as well as Niagara Speedway passes, in exchange for our coverage.
