Some things to consider during your visit:
- Limited Seating Means Planning Ahead for Groups: The shop has seating for only eight people, making it better suited for taking pastries to go if you're visiting with a larger group or during busy times.
- Street Parking Can Be Challenging in Little Italy: Street parking in Little Italy is not easy to find, especially during peak hours. You need to pay attention to parking signs and restrictions, particularly avoiding resident-only zones. Plan extra time to locate parking, or better yet, take the metro to Beaubien station, which is a short walk away, to avoid parking stress altogether.
- Popular Items Sell Out During Busy Periods: Since everything is made fresh daily in small batches, certain popular items like specific cronut flavours may sell out, especially on weekends or later in the day. Arriving earlier in the morning gives you the best selection, particularly if you're hoping to try signature items that draw devoted fans.
Disclosure: We received complimentary pastries from La Cornetteria in exchange for our coverage.
