Some things to consider during your visit:

1) The restaurant on site did not have a full breakfast menu. When we visited the spa for their family mornings, they had croissants and muffins available. It is something to keep in mind in case you were hoping to have a bigger breakfast.

2) The spa offers complementary bathrobes to the adults. Kids can bring their own bathrobes - I actually found that this made it easier to identify the kids' robes from the rest when hanging them beside the pool/sauna, etc.

3) Bring flip flops to wear around the pool/shower area for hygienic reasons.

4) Bring water bottles - there are water dispensers at the spa where you can re-fill them as you please.

5) Don’t expect a "hotter than hot" hot tub. The temperature is lowered during family mornings to make it more suitable for the kids.

Disclosure: We received passes from Strøm Spa in exchange for our coverage.
