The Museum of Illusions in Montreal is a one-of-a-kind edutainment destination where you can immerse yourself in in the wonderful world of illusions! Guests will enjoy more than 70 visual and educational exhibits featuring holograms, stereograms, optical illusions, and immersive rooms that are designed to tease the senses and trick the mind.

Highlights:

  • Fascinating exhibits and installations include being able to get a glimpse of infinity, taking a walk in an upside-down world, and swapping body parts with your friends!
  • Other popular installations to check out are "Head on a Platter", the "Beuchet Chair", and the "Vortex Tunnel".
  • Apart from the experience being Instagram-worthy (bring your phones and/or cameras!), the exhibits and installations at the museum are highly educational.

Some things to consider during your visit:

1) If you want to beat the crowds, we suggest visiting the museum during a weekday. Though the museum only allows a certain number of visitors at a given time when you book tickets, we noticed that it can get quite busy during the weekends.
