Over the decades, its traditional rice rolls became well known throughout Guangdong province, Hong Kong, and Macao, and the brand has since expanded internationally. The Brossard location is part of a chain with locations in Toronto, Vancouver, New York, Singapore, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

  • Cheung Fun (Rice Noodle Rolls): The rice noodle rolls are the house speciality, made using traditional cloth pull techniques, and are described as thin as paper, smooth, and delicate. Filling options include shrimp, pork, or roast duck.

  • Congee: The congee is a flavourful and comforting rice porridge, and is even better when paired with freshly made fried dough sticks. Standout options include shredded pork and preserved egg, beef, and seafood varieties.

  • Cantonese Dim Sum: The menu also includes Cantonese dim sum, with standout items such as BBQ pork buns, siu mai, and har gow.

  • Hong Kong Style Drinks: The drinks menu includes Hong Kong style milk tea and iced red bean drinks, which pair well with the food.
