Morning: Experience an interactive survival adventure at Acoatica


Location:

What to do:

Go fishing...and then cook and eat your fish right on Acoatica's premises!
Play an interactive survival adventure game (located indoors and outdoors).

About:

The Parc Découverte Nature offers a unique pond fishing experience in Quebec where visitors can catch, cook, and eat their fish all within the park's premises. All of the necessary fishing equipment and cooking tools are provided.

Apart from the fishing activity, Parc Découverte Nature also offers Acoatica which is an interactive survival adventure game. This huge indoor and outdoor video game immerses visitors in 5 great adventures where they become the main actors by accumulating points to ensure the survival of their species.

Duration:

Approximately 3 hours for an optimal experience.

Lunch: Visit the cheese factory at La Fromage la Station and enjoy some grilled cheese sandwiches

Visit their cheese factory...and their cows!
Eat some grilled cheeses.
Shop for local finds in their boutique.

About:

The Fromagerie La Station is a family owned business that prepares cheeses made from organic raw cow’s milk. You could visit their factory to buy some cheese, say hello to their cows, order an expresso, eat a grilled cheese, relax on the terrace, learn about cheese transformation, and etc.

Afternoon: Challenge your teens to a game of mini-golf at Glo Golf Aventures

What to do:

Play glow in the dark mini-golf.

About:

Located in a redesigned church, Glo Golf Aventures offers you an 18-hole course played in the dark accentuated with black lights. Along their courses, you’ll wander through whimsical landscapes, travel under the sea, head into space, pass through the medieval era and enter the Museum of Horrors. 

Duration:

It took us approximately an hour to get through all of the courses (with five players).

Evening: Whisper your wish to the forest fairies at Forest Lumina

Location:

135 Rue Michaud, Coaticook, QC J1A 1A9

What to do:

Experience Forest Lumina.

About:

The forest comes to life at sunset. Come live an unforgettable experience during this 2.6-km evening hike full of surprises. You will discover an enchanted forest. Using scenography, lighting and video mapping with original soundtrack music, you are invited into a universe inspired by the region’s fictitious heritage and Quebec forest mythology. Come walk the path and discover the fantastic creatures that live in the forest and come to life at night. 

Duration:

Approximately 1-2 hours depending on your pace.
